Are you using the right “system”? “gateway”? #
- The right “system” for Fast Track Trading should be “Rithmic Paper Trading”
- The right “Gateway” should be “Chicago Area”
Did you type in the right Rithmic User ID and Password? #
- If you did, check to make sure you didn’t have a space in UserID and password,
those ones count as 1 character. - Also, user id and password are case sensitive. Make sure you have the right
combination of uppercase and lowercase when you signed up.
What is the time you logging in? #
- Rithmic performs maintenance on their system over the weekends (from Friday evenings through 6pm EST on Sundays), during such time parts of their system may be unavailable. Try again at 6 pm EST on Sundays.
- Daily maintenance: from 5:15 pm to 5:45 pm EST.
After you already checked all of these carefully, you still cannot log in R Trader Pro.
