Rithmic Issues #
We sincerely apologize for the recent issues with Rithmic. While these issues are beyond our control, we are committed to finding solutions. FTT is currently exploring the creation of a private environment to improve user experience. Although no decision has been made regarding today’s issues, we promise to address them as we have done in the past, including providing habitual resets. Important: FTT is not responsible for Rithmic’s performance.
Plaid Integration #
We’re excited to announce that Plaid integration is expected later this week! This will simplify payments for both domestic and Canadian users, including wires/ACH.
Banking Changes #
Big news! We’ve received approval from JPMorgan Chase to switch banking from Mercury to Chase. This transition will take place in the next 5-6 days.

Important Payout Updates #
- Affiliate Payouts: Outstanding affiliate payments, older than 30 and 15 days, will be processed tonight (9/16) during the live event.
- Trader Payouts: A total of $700K is being sent to Rise. Payouts covering up to September 5th will be processed. Additional payouts will be made by the end of this week or over the weekend.
- We’re working on automating the payout system from approval to direct bank deposit. No official launch date yet, but progress is being made.

FTT is working on an exciting integration with Tradovate. While we don’t have an official launch date yet, both teams are enthusiastic about the partnership.
